Hello!
I do hope someone can help me with a problem I'm having with my remote. I have a Samsung Series 7 TV (UE55KS700) and I can no longer use my remote to change the volume on any of the Ports that I used to! My remote is of course paired with the TV. The odd thing is I am able to change the volume when I press home and open up the connection guide!
I'm really confused and would appreciate any ideas as to how to solve this problem? I'd prefer not to do a reset but if this is the only option then I'll do it.
