UE55JS8500 - Pointer use with Netflix

Hi all

I have a UE55JS8500 which I really enjoy. I subscribe to Netflix and used to love the user interface where I could use the pointer on my smart remote to navigate Netflix. However I no longer can use the pointer. Only the arrow keys and enter button. It still works but annoying that I can't use the pointer. I believe the software on the tv was recently updated? Was it due to that?

also anyway I can find out what was included in the latest software update?

Does the pointer on your remote work on other apps or is this a 'Netflix only' issue?

Which software version are you on? We can let you know if you have the latest update. :smileyhappy:
