UE49KU6400 TV keeps giving error message "not available"

Hi,

The the Smart TV above and all of a sudden the red light at the bottom of the TV keeps flashing all the time and a message pops up on the middle of the screen saying "not available".

Has anyone experienced this and know how to fix it?

Does this error message occur whenever you use the remote, or is it intermittent? Is it also with a specific button?

Is there a specific button which causes this? Have you restarted your remote? If not, please do this by removing the batteries > Hold the Power button for 8 seconds to reset the remote > Reinsert the batteries and try to use the remote again.
