I purchased a new Samsung TVs in September 2016 it's a SUHD quantum dot ultra HDR model ue55ks9000txxu the main problem I have with it is I have 2 HDMI recorders connected to it a Philips free view model HDT8520/05 & a Bush free sat model BU11FSRHD50 & every couple of hours or so the recorders switch on for a minute or so and switch back off, but that switches the TVs source to that HDMI channel interrupting the TVs channel I'm watching this is so annoying! On contacting Samsung they said I should switch the recorders on and leave them on? But I shouldn't have to do this surely?
