Smart remote voice control not working in youtube

Hello

 I have am TV  55KU6472 model. About 2 days ago I`ve made an update on software, but since then the voice control doesn`t work on youtube.

 the tv`s software recognize the words I say but  on youtube it keeps saying that he didn`t find anything related to what I`ve searched.

 For example I say on voice commad 4k videos, youtube says that he didn`t find anything. 

 Any help pls ?

same problem here. even when typing on the virtual keyboard, looks like the research in only looking in apps names.

 I confirm also what you`ve mentioned, it happens same on my TV.

I must say, it is very annoying this problem 😞

I just contact samsung support. It looks like it is a issue with the latest firmware.
Hope to see a new one soon. My 4 year old daughter is not able to ask for mister bean from the remote and is too young to navigate and type within the menu

I have a Samsung 7 series 4k UHD curved TV and since yesterday I am experiencing the same problem. The search voice commands through the remote - e.g. when searching youtube no longer works.  Help.

in that case, for sure that is a firmware problem. Please if somebody has a fix for this problem let us know, like Mike,

my 5 years old son would be able to find his cartoons

Sorry to hear about this! We'd like to have a look into this for you all. To do so, we'll need to take the full model codes of your TVs and the firmware version they're running on. 

You should be able to find these details within Home > Settings > Support > Contact Samsung.
