Smart hub player gone wrong???

Hello, i have problema with smarthub player, tv chanels work fine but anything going over smarthub like YouTube netflix and iptv Plays in big green and Pink pixels, i have updated smart hub and checked internet! Here is pics of proble

If you have access to a computer and memory stick, the file can be downloaded here. Let me know if this fixes the issue.

I have allready downloaded this file few days ago and have instaled it from this same Location, but i still have this 2890 software instead of 2890.02 ???

That wont work, i am from Bosnia and Herzegovina and no one is answering support phone here 😔😔😔 thanks for trying anyway!

Ah, that might be why you're unable to get the update, @Mokac (we're in the UK). Are you able to email Samsung in your region?

I have double checked and i have 2890.02 software so its up to date, its looking more like Hardware problem i think! I dont have e-mail adress of Samsung Bosnia, can you help with that?

Morning, @Mokac. If Bosnia isn't listed here, the closest Samsung Support appears to be in Croatia
