Slow loading up of App based channels

My new 32" LED smart TV does not load app based tele channel quickly enough. It plays for 15 or 20 secs initially and then jumps from scene to scene without playing as usual after downloading fully. It is not the net problem, as the same channels on my LG smart TV in another room connected to same wifi plays it fine! I am not able to get this to work.

Hi @SamsungTV.

What's the full model code and software version of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > Contact Samsung. Is this happening on all apps like this or just certain ones?
