when we had the tv new the smart control worked perfectly, still does until a program on Sky Q asks for a pin. We used to be able to press speak and tell it the pin, it does that but it doesnt work saying “I couldn’t understand what you said”.
software is all up to date, I’ve removed and re-add but the control and sky box.
any solutions?
also, new sound bar turns off with tv but not on, is that normal? HW-k335.
