Samsung oled tv

Hi guys I just got a new Samsung oled TV and I cant get my devices to connected to it. Virgin media box etc. Just keeps coming up no device found. Can anyone help?

As far I know samsung doesn't mass produce oled TV's, you probably mean a qled tv?

Is it also one of the TV's with the one connect box? In that case I would simply connect the device though an HDMI cable to the one connect box. If it doesn't work, try an alternative port

Please note that you might have to manually change the input and both devices have to be on
