Samsung gear 360 (2017) can't be repaired

Hi,

Broke the exterior lens of the gear 360 (2017), sent to 2 samsung official repairer  and both said it can't be repaired...

The camera is working well, only the exterior lens is damaged.

Do you confirm that the exterior lens can't be replaced?

This is a very serious issue. People sooner or later will end up to break or scratch the lens, and then what? Buy a new one?

It can be repaired for only $14 in Korea.

It just has to be replaced lense only.

I don't know why the officail center said that there's no way to repair in the US.
It doesn't make sense.

And... I have to repair it in the US, too...
