 I don’t understand why it’s gone like this or how it’s only 2 months old I went to work and the telly was fine I was watching a film with my daughter come home and the screen is like that I’ve done a screen diagnostic and it says it fine any suggestions

Report it to your retailer because it does not sound well.

I'm having the exact same problem, mine it's not even a week old, I have tried  everything now... is really frustrating

Have you reported this to your retailer, as the are responsible under the consumer law. If within 4 weeks you can ask for an exchange or refund.

I have exactly same issue! ANY HELP?? tv 5 months old, NOT NORMAL *****

Hey,

 

I eventually fixed mine, what I did was reseted the tv to factory settings, and that fixed the problem.

Worked as a charm to just unplug the tv and plug it back in.
