Hi,
ive just purchased the above Tv and have been very disappointed with the quality of the picture.
The test images and menus are great but sky and Netflix are very poor.
ive read you need to adjust various things but even doing this it's not great.
Can anyone help?

That's not what we like to hear, let's try and sort this for you.
Are you using a High Speed HDMI cable and is it connected to the HDMI STB port?
For Netflix, the quality may depend on streaming quality and the content that you're watching. For the best stream quality, a wired connection to the internet may help.

I have this TV and the screen has been replaced twice. It has now occurred again with a black line down the screen, same problem I had when they replaced the previous two screens.
I believe this is a design flaw and I would expect Samsung to do a recall and offer an alternative television
