The on screen qwerty keyboard is not showing on the tv. I am unable to get past the setup stage as when it asks for a password for the WiFi the keyboard does not show so I am unable to type in the letters

Did you manage to sort this out? If not have you tried resetting your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset.
