QLED Q8 Recording but not playing

Hello, 

I've recently purchased a 2018 QLED (Q8) TV. Yesterday i discovered the recording option and plugged in a USB flash drive. I think it recorded correctly because I see the file/movie occupies 5.1 GB on the drive. Hwever when I try to play the movie it stops at 2 seconds and comes back to the recordings panel. It always freezes/defaults back at the same time. 

Is there something I'm doing wrong or something wrong with the TV?

Try to connect USB hard drive. If TV recognise it then should work.

Sounds like a faulty set to me. I would get it exchanged.
