Hi, Has anyone who purchased a TV during this promotion heard anything else other than high demand of this promotion has caused a delay? My claim was succesfully validated on the 18/12/18 and I still havent recived the phone or had anything other than the same generic email from the promotion team. The email said up to 30 working days which has been and gone.
