Bought a QE65Q7FNAT 3 month ago. Last night TV went black and the one connect box started clicking. The clicking noise is coming from the USB port side. Also the remote is blinking red. Called Samsung support and they need the serialnumber which is behind the TV!!!. A technician is booked. Anyone else with this problem?

Did he replace the motherboard on the one connect box or inside the tv?

My TV is doing the same. Is the motherboard in the TV or in the One Connect box? Thanks.

In my case, a Samsung tech came out and replaced the One Connect box. It has been working fine over a year now.

Thanks very much for the reply. I thought it was the box that was the problem. Thanks for confirming.

Old thread I know, but I've run into the same issue - Black screen and soft clicking sound from the OneConnect Box USB port side.
2018 model purchased in 2019. SOC1001N.
Were these covered under warranty, or what was the repair cost for a OneConnect box?
Samsung isn't honoring my warranty so far, so debating what to do, if anything.
My understanding is that the OneConnect Box can't be replaced or swapped with another of the same model - that it's paired to the Frame TV. Looking for options.
