Hello, I’m using a UE55KU6000W-TV and a HT-J7500W-HomeCinema. I ‘m having a lott of problems using the HDMI ARC functionality.
So when I put on the TV sometimes the HomeCinema doesn’t start. Sometimes the HomeCinema starts but we don’t get sound. This last thing occurs the most.
Has anybody an idea what this could be?
All the devices have the latest firmware. Anynet+ is also on.
All help and ideas are welcome!
