My Samsung UE55JU7000LXXN smart tv turns in standby the minute i link my One connect box. ( even without the HDMI etc.) I have tried a new cable but that was not the solution. Any suggestions anyone?20181204_154211.jpg

I've had the problem for a week now. I have no garantee anymore ( allmost three years) My friend who has the same tv tested the one connectbox and it worked just fine sonthe problem is inside the television i'm afraid.

Same here. JU7500 and still not working with One Connect mini replacement. I bet it's the same issue and could be fixed by replacing another component like the t-con or whatever, but without input from Samsung no way of knowing. The is happening to alot of people it seems from my Google searches. If anyone figured out what component needs to be replaced please update this thread!
