No WiFi connection

My Samsung UE55c won’t connect to WiFi which means I can’t get access to any of the apps. I’ve conducted a USB software update but this doesn’t seem to have fixed it. It connects sometimes but then drops out and so I can’t connect to anything.

What you can try:
- Delete the wifi network
- Turn the device off for one minute (Also, remove the power supply)
- Try again

If that doesn't work:
Try a factory reset.

Please note that the WiFi signal has to be strong enough to work properly, let say if that there is a concrete wall between the device and the router it would be an issue.

Hi @Craig10, some good advice from @SjorsK- you could also  try changing  the DNS setting from Auto to Manual and enter either 8.8.8.8 or 8.4.4.4   for DNS Server.    To navigate to change this go to Network  Settings-IP settings-DNS Setting if still no joy.
