I have the MU6120...touch wood I haven't seen any green flashes.
Possibly a faulty panel?
Contact Samsung...air your displeasure they may offer a replacement if within warranty period.
No as just had a repair changed ebtire front panel, mainboard only old part of my TV is back plate and plug due to white flashing. Now random green ones, I hope it's virgin media issue not TV will monitor it
Can only be 1 of 2 things...the Firmware Version 1201 Samsung Released doesn't include HDR10+ in it...or the Amazon Prime Video App isn't recognising the MU Series Version of HDR10+.
Hopefully someone on here may have the answer?
My confusion is they came last Thursday, at first it was a new mainboard, but they unscrewed back plate as it has serial number on.
Put entire front in a box, put new front part on a bench, screwed in new mainboard, put old PSU back in, put it all back together.
Here is my issue that Samsung says is a correct replacement for a mu6120, my screen frame is now flush with the frame the other was at least half inch depth, and this will make you think, in the about TV is now says it is a mu6409, not mu6120.
I have asked why is this answer mu6409 is the replacement part for a mu6120.
Still does not answer the frame style etc
Fixed the messed up logo issue.
Quite easy but annoying if you don't know.
I found this out myself by messing with the TV and Xbox
Power on the device BEFORE connecting to the TV via HDMI, the TV should then scan the device and put in the correct picture if it has it.
