Hi @Raizer. Check that your softwware is up to date. If it is, can you try resetting the Smart Hub? To do this go to Menu > Smart Hub > Reset Smart Hub. At this point you will be prompted to enter a PIN. If you have not set one up this will be 0000. Hope this helps!

The software is up to date ... I tried and reset the hub ... no results ... is it possible to manually update the application on the stick ...

The app itself can't be updated by USB but the firmware for the TV can. What version are you currently running? The latest is 2890.2 and can be downloaded here.
