On My UE50F6670 My says that its a Old version yet its the only version in the app store it was working fine two days ago
i no this TV has gone from a smart TV and been dumbed down thanks to Samsung stopping servises but this is a app so why has this stopped

Hi @Ndj.
Our UK AV colleagues have advised us:
"We are aware of an issue with the My5 Application on certain Samsung Smart TV’s and are working closely with Channel5 to find and implement a resolution. We do not currently have a timescale for this.”
They'll be aiming to get a fix for this as soon as they can for you guys though. Us Mods will keep you updated on anything else we hear on this one.
