 JUST BOUGHT 49 KS 9000 GREAT TV ONLY PROBLEM HAS SOME BACK LIGHT PROBLEMS ON LEFT SIDE OF SCREEN IS IT A COMMON PROBLEM WITH EDGE LITE TVS

We're not aware of any issue with your model of TV. Have you spoken to the retailer regarding this?

Hi no have not spoken to retailer about tv by all accounts from all reviews ive seen
its a problem with edge lit samsung in this model range.

If you're still within the 28 day cooling off period and you're not happy with the TV, we'd suggest speaking to the retailer. Alternatively you can speak to our Support team here for further advice.

I have the same problem  65ks9000. Have any solutions come up?

Hi as my ks49 9000 was still under warranty i have had the panel replaced and now much much better only a very slight bleed from edges thats normal for edge lite tvs..It seems some panels are better than others
