HW-K650 Sound Bar says update

my sound bar says update and wont let me turn off or on using remote and wont connect to sub woofer what do i do any ideas.

How are you connecting them all? And is the situation the same if you unplug everything and then reconnect?

Hi Ants the sound bar is connected by Hdmi to the TV and the sub woofer is wireless it only happened yesterday but when I turn everything off and back on again the sound bar says update and wont even respond to the remote it's just frozen.

Have you tried unplugging your Unit from the mains, waiting 5 minutes and then plugging it back in? 

If that doesn't work, on Standby Mode press and hold the Play/Pause button for 5 seconds. The word 'INIT' should show on SB.
