HDMI banner

Recently Tv which is the UE50MU6120 has started constantly displaying the HDMI 2 Banner every time you either change channel on live tv or change the volume on live tv.

Any ideas on how to switch it off?

I've tried doing a complete factory reset so wiping saved channels smart hub etc. There's no settings I can find.

I've seen it do a recent software update and wonder if this is the cause....

Hi @RHames. Is the software up to date and do you have any external devices connected to the TV?

Yes software was up to date and had ps4 and pc plugged in but ive resolved it myself as im thinking as the ps4 had the hdmi link+ set it wasnt configuring port but i happened to unplug it and put xbox one in and ever since its been ok now sonot an issue anymore
