H6400 - losing network connection & slow response to remotes

Hi, I have a 48" H6400 TV. In the last couple of weeks it's started doing 2 things. Firstly, it only keeps a network connection for the first 10-15 minutes after it's turned on. This happens whether it's wired or wireless - everything else in the house is fine, so it's not the router. Secondly, it responds really sluggishly to either remote (the bluetooth or the IR one). I.e. changing the source, the volume, even turning it off, there's a 30 second wait between pressing the button & having it respond. 

 

It seems odd that both things would happen at the same time, but I can't see what would link the two problems. Any ideas?

What's the software version of your TV? Go to: Menu > Support > Contact Samsung.  

 

Have you connected anything new to the TV recently? Can you disconnect all external devices and test the TV alone?

 

Also, try a reset – the TV will return to the default settings and you’ll need to run through the setup again. Menu > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset.
