I have a problem when connecting an external keyboard to my Samsung UE32M5505A Smart TV: although I set the keyboard to Portuguese (in the Settings), when I'm on the internet it often changes its language and, of course, the keys display on the keyboard. For example: on Google, it's Portuguese; on Facebook, it's English - then if I open Messenger, it turns to Portuguese, etc. When I try to change the language on the virtual keyboard that appears on screen, the option is greyed: the language can't be changed.
How can I fix this?
