Hi I wonder if anyone can help I have a 2 year old tv as detailed which has developed a bright spot in the centre of the screen. Researching this it seems a faulty diffuser has come unstuck and has slipped down which is a common problem. Samsung have been absolutely no help as they will only cover the tv for 1 year and sent me to the service centre in Wembley. They won't repair it and quoted £1800 for a new screen. Considering an identical brand new tv is only £1300 it would be cheaper to throw ours away. This shows the the build quality for large tv's is poor and the guarantee is worthless. Does anyone know of a proper repair centre that could fix this problem
