App gone from H5500 TV

All smart apps seems to have disappeared from my UE48H5500 LCD. When I open the Netflix app, it brings me to a download screen, but the download doesn't work. The app store is empty. TV is connected to the internet, firmware version 2880. Any idea what's going on?

@forza11. Is your software up to date? Press Menu/ Settings on your remote and go to Support > Software Update. The latet version is 2890.2. Have you also tried a Smart Hub reset? To do this go to Menu > Smart Hub > Reset Smart Hub. At this point you will be prompted to enter a PIN. If you have not set one up this will be 0000. Let me know if this helps.

Reset worked! Via the update menu it says that there is no update available, but I used the usb version just now, that worked

Where do I get repair replacement part for... wireless router identifier .. To even get a chance at connection. Where is the part n how 2 locate it?
