All smart apps seems to have disappeared from my UE48H5500 LCD. When I open the Netflix app, it brings me to a download screen, but the download doesn't work. The app store is empty. TV is connected to the internet, firmware version 2880. Any idea what's going on?

i @forza11. Is your software up to date? Press Menu/ Settings on your remote and go to Support > Software Update. The latet version is 2890.2. Have you also tried a Smart Hub reset? To do this go to Menu > Smart Hub > Reset Smart Hub. At this point you will be prompted to enter a PIN. If you have not set one up this will be 0000. Let me know if this helps.
