I want to start watching a series on All 4 on my UE37ES5500 Smart TV. However it appears to have no memory of the last thing I watched and it takes ages to navigate to the series page.
I have heard talk of a (Channel 4) login which presumably could store my favourites and history which could speed things up but there is nowhere on my Samsung All 4 app to login. At this point I am thinking the best course of action would be to uninstall and then re-install the All 4 app on my TV but the uninstall option is greyed out.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @KenB66.
Did you manage to get this resolved? If not, try a Smart Hub reset on the TV. This has the same effect as uninstalling the app before reinstalling. Go to Menu > Smart Features > Reset Smart Hub.

Yes, I did do a reset but no improvement.
