50"nu7400 new light scratches on screen?

Hi all. I have the Samsung nu7400 awesome TV for the money. I have had 2 of these tvs now from John Lewis. Both have turned up with very light scratches on the display. When I get a TV I put the flashlight on the screen on my phone to get rid of the muck / dust on the screen with a microfibre. Before even touching either sets they is light scratches all over it first set being the worse. 

Has anyone had problems with this something to expect and accept and move on or is this poor handling from being made?

Have you cleaned the screen recently? if not, you have to contact the Samsung hotline for a screen change.

As above the screen was like this before cleaning it with a microfibre.

Then you have to contact the Hotline for a repair. Normally, they have to repair it.

Right ok... not very good is it having a brand new tv with scratches all over it not happened once but twice? Can I not email them or do I have to phone?

Both, but personally, i prefer phone to repair it quickly .
