Gestures

When the gestures are enabled with vibration means that when you swipe up for the opened apps and there is a little vibration, this should mean that the apps will show which are previously opened.

With this new update, when the vibration takes place it doesn't show the opened apps rather the swipe gesture has to be kept to that position longer than the first beta roll out. This issue needs to be sorted out.

Secondly, when an app is opened for example galaxy store and if you'd like to move onto the other apps, you could swipe left of right to switch ever so quickly and this was one of the best gestures. Again, with this new update this feature has now disappeared and it is sad to see it go. This feature shouldn't have been removed and should be brought back asap.

Also, this is for the camera suggestion, cab samsung make all the cameras of the galaxy s11 have consistent colour accuracy across all lens. This will make all the videos and photos look better and make it better especially for video to be better than iPhone colour consistency across their cameras.

Thanks for reading this post suggestion.

Hi @MrTechNotion ,

The swipe left or right to task switch can still be activated by switching on "Gesture Hints" in navigation settings.

Or you can use the new gesture of swiping in an arch motion from either side starting at the bottom of the screen.

Thanks @BenGinders. They basically made it worse by making the swiping longer. Previously it was much simpler and better. The home button doesn't respond when the vibration is set for the navigation gestures.

Hi, luckily the gesture hints allows you to keep the old method:smiling-face:

I don't really have the vibration feedback switched on but I did raise the issue of actually having an animation on the home screen when swithcing to task view which still seems to missing

Hey @MrTechNotion

If you have experienced some problems that you feel that need to be fixed, please make sure to share them via Beta Feedback option in Samsung Members app!

As @BenGinders  has already explained, this option is possible with Gesture hints enabled, so you can still use it! :thumbs-up-sign-emoji-modifier-fitzpatrick-type:
