only one bud connecting at a time

hi

i recieved my galaxy buds yesterday and can not get both to connect at the same time, they are both on the same version and have tested them by connecting to 2x S10+, 2x note 9 and 2x s8+ aswell as using the buds management software on PC

help me please!
