Whatsapp in gear sport

hi 

Can.anyone help with how to get what's app available on gear sport , can't seem to get them to talk to each other , checked usual notifications and all on. Just the messages don't show up on the watch like text messages .  Used on the gear s2

Hi I had the same problem, first make sure the notification tab is selected for whatsapp in the gear app settings if so try turning it off then on

also try enable all notification and turn the the apps off that you dont want alerts from

last thing i did restarted watch and phone and they started to come through.
