Is this the software for your phone i.e. firmware ?
Is this firmware pending in the phones Software Update Section?
If so try clearing your ram and.close all.your apps down and ensure there is enough free available space in your phones internal storage memory.
If that fails then a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre location can run a diagnostic on your phone.
