I have a 64Gb ad card in my J5 handset, but can't save anything onto it or access it at all. Do I need to format it or anything? Please help!

If it is new and never been used then yes you will need to format it this can be done on a phone/tablet or PC if doing it on a PC for the 1st time make sure to select FULL format not quick format. Any other questions please do ask happy to help :smiling-face:

If it's from CEX in the uk then it's been sold to them from a previous owner.

I'd go with re formatting it.

If it does not work after then test it in another phone.

If no joy cex will swap it out for you.
