My banking app was working fine on my new S9 until I installed my cards on Samsung pay as well as Tesco pay and now every time I try and enter Santander it's saying error and it closes the app. I've tried uninstalling both as well as Santander and then reinstalled Santander but I still have the same problem and now have no banking app. Has anyone got any ideas please?
I would suggest to go into Settings _Apps _ the Santander App _ Storage _ Clear Cache and Data.
Then delete from your phone and also go into your Play store and under my apps delete the app there too.
Then re download.
If no joy then within the app should be details on how to contact the app developer and point out the bugs your encountering @BigH69
