Samsung tablet note 10.1 wont charge N8020

Hi

This problem is all over the internet in many slightly different problem descriptions, but i cannot find a solution.

Tablet Note 10.1, model N8020
Andoid 4.1.1

Just will not charge at a speedy rate.   Takes all night to get to 10%  max

its on the original charger, and cable.
Have tried different chargers.
Have tried different sockets.

As this is an obviously very common error.   Please can someone advise ?

It looks like you may need to take the tablet to one of our Support Centres for an engineer to take a look.
