Samsung gear fit 2 pro not working correctly

My fit 2 pro no longer registers heart rate, steps or floor count. 

I have reset it and it is still not working.  

The green lights on the base no longer appear either.

What happens when you select the relevant trackers, e.g. Heart Rate, via the Apps screen and tap 'Measure'? Do you get any error messages or is it simply unresponsive?

Which model phone is your watch connected to? Have you ensured that your phone and watch are running on the latest software version?

Connected to s9, both phone and watch are running latest software.
