Samsung gear fit 2 burnt my wrist

I have a Samsung gear fit too and it burnt my wrist. I was advised by Samsung he's never seen this before but a quick search on the net tells a different story. So many people have experienced this and now I'm left with burn marks.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Samsung did nothing about this and are happy to let this go on. I'm not the only customer whose experienced this
