We have an issue with one device set up using Knox.
This device has twice when placed on charge overnight undergone a factory reset without any interaction by the user. this obviously has the effect of loosing all the applications/emails/texts/contacts & wiping Knox off of the device.
The knock on effect is the BES (blackberry) MDM is also wiped of device data.
Any info on why this is happening & how can it be stopped would be gratefully received, as this one device/issue is holding up the role out of devices across the whole company to replace the blackberry devices.
