Gear fit S2 - won't charge

We have 2 gear fit 2's in our household, and 2 chargers - One charges fine on both chargers, the other struggles to start charging on either charger. The connection bit at the back of the one that wont charge seems more indented in gear than the other, any suggestions what we can do to get it to charge?

Not a lot you can do tbh, a small indent could mean the charging coil on the inside has been damaged. These techs are sealed units and not really able to be played with. I would take in to a Samsung shop see if you can get a quote for a repair  or check see if you have some personal/house insurance as you have already ruled out the charger as the problem. 😞
