My gear fit 2 pro was working fine for 6 weeks or so. Then all sensors stopped working. Tried all the resets, discharges, and software manipulation. Contacted Samsung and on arranging warranty repair pick up gave them the unit number. I was told it was a non-Eu phone and warrenty was void and that it could not be repaired as they wouldn't have the parts?
I bought the watch new on Ebay and have the receipt. I contacted seller who said their 30 days had expired and it was down to Samsung. EBay likewise. I have the box which is in English and Arabic I have the warrenty in English first the other languages. DISGUSTED with Samsung will not buy further products re-new my Samsung phone or my wife's or childrens. I have a useless £120 watch that tells the time only.
