Dear Samsung team and other supporter,
please help me in this regards. i live in pakistan.
i have gear s3 frontier with model number SM-R760 software version 3.0.0.2.
recently i means 10days before i update my watch on 3.0.0.2 after update completions .
i found serious issues on galaxy.
1. raise to hand sensor not working after update before update is working perfectly
2.Heart rate monitor not working after update before update is working perfectly
3. Pado meter not working after update before update is working perfectly
4.battery drain (max 2days)fast after update before update is give me around 4 to 5 days
5. GPS not working after upadte before update is working perfectly.
6. barometer not working after update before update working perfectly.
7. any suggestions for a-bow issues. please help.
8. i submit my watch in Pakistan Samsung service centre for these a-bow problems fixation. after five days service centre give me watch back and says your watch motherboard faulty .
before update every things working perfectly after update i face these issues WHO IS RESPONSIBLE .
WHAT IS SAMSUNG REMARKS ON THESE ISSUES OR SOLUTIONS

i have the same issues as you. managed to solve battery drain issues by switching off Wifi. but the sensors still do not function and they were perfectly ok before that update.
