I found the solution.

I went to setup/advanced features/accessories/led icon editor.

It's already installed.

I purchased LED cover for Note 8 and tried to control the icons and assign them to programs and contacts.

I tried following your instructions and didn't have success. I did a search for LED indicator and it not found. Checked under apps, showed up but unable to open it. Please help! So confused!
