The Samsung Smart Home Family Hub app works fine on my new Samsung refrigerator. On my Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge phone, however, only the Shopping List works (thank heaven for that). I cannot use the View Inside, nor see the content of the Whiteboard or Memos. Whiteboard simply comes up blank, whereas View Inside gives me "Connection failure - Unable to connect to server. Check your network connection and try again." My network connection is working just fine for internet, Netflix, etc. Any advice?
