Family Hub Refrigerator

I have the Samsung Family Hub refrigerator / freezer since last week.

Now it works with SmartThings.

But unfortunately I can not link the Family Hub and create a profile.

I do not receive the SMS I would receive.

Whats the porblem

I have no problems with SmartThings.

The problem is de Samsung Family Hub app.

I cannot register on the refrigerator my Profile ID to use the Samsung Family Hub app.

I have the same problem - the SMS verification code never arrives.

Likewise writing to watchdog in the morning as the service and response has been terrible
