Just before the lock down, I tried to get my screen fixed on my phone. They told me that I needed to book it in with Samsung Care + to get a booking confirmation number. I understand that you are running on a skeleton service. However, No one has called me back.
I am due an upgrade, but I cannot upgrade until the screen is fixed.
Is there any other way that I can get my device repaired, so I can complete the exchange in the safest way possible during these uncertain times?
