This new update has basically ruined our phone. I should say it is ruined our desire to continue using the phone because it feels like a stupid user interface. Many features are missing and many features have been simplified if I want an apple I will go buy an Apple now give me back my standard Android user interface!!!!!

If you have a theme set currently on your phone then that might be clashing with the new Pie / Samsung One Ui.

Perhaps try another theme or choose the stock theme for now.

I've found that the Samsung Goodlock App helps quite a lot too @Bryanmb
